Delivery is made to the delivery address provided during the order process within the EU.
According to our fulfillment partner, standard delivery within the EU usually takes 2–8 working days; within Germany, delivery usually takes around 3–5 working days.
Shipping is handled through our fulfillment partner.

Tracking is normally sent once the order has shipped. If the delivery window has passed, email us with your order number.

Email us as quickly as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
